Can I make any layout changes?

We have tried to make our invitations easy to use and to have a great finished product. As such the layout is quite fixed, however if you have some changes you would like to make please email us and we will let you know any costs involved in doing so.

Do I have to fill out all the fields?

No, you don’t – any text fields you don’t need you can leave out and they will not be printed on the final artwork.

How do I get rid of the watermark?

To get rid of the watermark simply buy your final design and then using the “Download as pdf” button, you will receive the final artwork.

How do I download the final artwork?

Once you have paid via paypal you will be redirected back to the page you have completed. All you need to do then is click on the “Download as PDF” button and you will be able to download the final version without the watermark.

What size are the invites set up for?

The final pdf is US Letter size, although we have made the invites to a size that will ensure they are also printable on an A4 sheet. So you can use paper and printer of either size to print your invitations.

I’ve changed my mind – can I have a refund?

We have the proofing version to make sure you are happy with your invitation prior to purchasing. Once you have purchased the final artwork, we cannot refund your purchase as you have the finished product.

Do you do custom designs?

Currently we only have for sale the designs on the website, we do add new designs regularly though so if you have a great idea let us know any ideas you might have!

What sized envelopes would I need?

Our invites are designed to comfortably fit inside an A5 envelope.

What about other stationery items like Save the Date etc?

We will be working to add matching “Save the date” cards, and other stationery items shortly. In the meantime please contact us with what you would like and we will supply a price to create the matching set for you.
